  • Abandoned in east San Diego, he wandered onto the yard of a kind-hearted resident and was rescued.
  • Charlie is very sweet and loves attention, and really needs someone to give him love.
  • Having spent most of his life on the street, however, he really would prefer a home where he could get lots of outdoor time too, in a safe area.
  • A fairly mellow guy.
