[picture of Flanders, a Ragdoll-x sealpoint\ cat]

GENDER: Male (sterilized)
BREED: Ragdoll-x sealpoint
Estimated Birthday: 10/31/10
  • Our boy flanders came into the County shelter in a cat trap -- but, oh my, he sure didn't belong there!
  • Sweet as can be, he loves nothing better than to roll from side to side, knead the air and purr as you stroke him.
  • Gets along extremely well with other cats.
  • Unfortunately, Flanders tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), an immunosuppressive virus which could possibly result in greater susceptibility to disease and a shorter lifespan down the road (though most FIV+ cats live long and healthy lives). FIV can also be communicated between cats by biting, so if he were to go to a home with another cat it would need to be a cat that is nonaggressive so that there is no real chance of a bite occurring. We're happy to provide you with more information about FIV -- just ask!
  • Adoption fee waived for the right home.
    Microchipped
